Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the USA.  At times Items can be delayed or lost by the carrier which is beyond our control.  We will work with you to find a resolution in these cases.  If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item or $5 whichever is greater.  If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address and the item is not returned to us, you will have to repurchase the items.  

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, production, quality check and packaging. All orders are usually ready for shipping within 3 business days (mon-fri) after the order is placed. Custom Orders can take 5-7 days to be ready to ship

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Standard Free shipping orders are shipped by First Class mail, which is a US Postal Service product. These items will not have tracking, tracking can be purchased for an additional fee. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 9 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, especially now with the USPS delays. We offer shipping upgrades from UPS (overnight, 2 day and 3 day) if you need your decal faster.  This upgrade does not include production time.  Currently NO CARRIER is guaranteeing delivery times, this is beyond our control.
