Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide reliable and transparent shipping options for customers throughout the United States. We ship orders daily and take care to package each order accurately and securely.

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping delays, loss, or carrier issues are beyond our control. If a shipping issue occurs, we will work with you to help determine the best available resolution.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require reshipping at the customer’s expense, or $5, whichever is greater.

  • Orders delivered to the address provided and not returned to us must be repurchased.

Order Processing Time

Processing time includes order verification, production, quality control, and packaging.

  • Most standard orders are ready to ship within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Custom orders may require 7 or more business days, depending on complexity and order volume.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

Shipping time refers to the transit period after an order has left our facility.

  • Orders ship via USPS or UPS and include tracking.

  • Standard transit times typically range from 3–9 business days, but may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors.

  • Shipping upgrades through UPS (Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day) are available at checkout.

Please note:

  • Expedited shipping does not reduce production time.

  • Expedited processing may be available as a separate purchase.

  • No carrier currently guarantees delivery times.

Shipping Rates (Orders Under $200)

Shipping costs for orders under $200 are based on the largest item in the order and reflect packaging and carrier requirements.

  • Items 16 inches or smaller → $5.95

  • Items 18–34 inches → $11.95

  • Items 36–46 inches → $25.95

  • Items 48 inches and larger → $35.95

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders totaling $200 or more.

  • Free shipping applies regardless of item size or quantity.

  • Carrier selection and service level are determined by us to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

  • Expedited shipping options may still be selected at checkout for an additional cost.
