Biggest Decal Shop was provided the correct photo image to duplicate, made the decal incorrectly, and when I requested a replacement set of decals, they told me to re-purchase another set at full price and at my expense. Made the incorrect decal. Then, insisted I pay twice to have it as I describe prior.

Poor customer service. It's obvious ownership does not monitor the customer service staff as they should. When reaching out via telephone, a rep. told me I was accountable for my decals being made incorrectly, stated all vinyl decals have white borders surrounding them (when I provided them imagery of how I needed the decals to look showing no border around them beforehand ) yet said I needed to repay to have them make correctly... BUYER BEWARE!!!
